Technology
CNC Milling
Our company is equipped with three computer-controlled machines for milling parts. The first of these is the Akira Seiki SV815 vertical machining center.
CNC Turning
For CNC turning, our company is equipped with the Kovosvit MAS Masturn 54CNC lathe, a Czech-made machine known for its ease of operation, suitable for single-piece and small-batch production.
CNC Shaping
Our machinery also includes machines for keyway shaping, specifically vertical shapers. One is a conventional machine, and the other is computer-controlled.
CAD/CAM
The company uses two systems for manufacturing parts. One of them is the CAD system SpaceClaim. Nowadays, most technical documentation for products is provided in both 2D drawing and 3D model formats.
Robotization
In our portfolio we have production of parts for robotic workplaces (automotiv, food industry…)
Vintage cars
Due to old drawing or used parts from your vintage car our company is able to produce new part.
3D measuring
Our company is equipted with a lot of hand gauges and calibers, which are necessery for the custumized production.
