CNC Milling Machines

Our company is equipped with three computer-controlled machines for milling parts. The first of these is the Akira Seiki SV815 vertical machining center. This machine features an enclosed workspace with a table measuring 950x480 mm, a spindle that can reach up to 15,000 rpm, a 32-position tool magazine with an arm-type tool changer, and a chip conveyor for continuous chip removal from the machining area. It is controlled by a Mitsubishi M700 system, which can be programmed using ISO codes or with the aid of a post-processor through CAM programming, which is preferred. This machine also includes an additional 4th axis that rotates around the X-axis. Another machine is the CNC mill Optimill F105, featuring a worktable measuring 800x320 mm, a 12-position tool magazine, and controlled by a Sinumerik control system. This machine is also programmed through CAD/CAM systems. The last computer-controlled milling machine is the FV25 CNC knee mill with a Heidenhain control system. Its worktable measures 254x1000 mm, with movement in the X and Y axes, while the Z-axis movement is performed by the spindle, which is mounted in an extendable quill and can machine at speeds up to 6000 rpm.

Conventional Milling Machines

Our machine park also includes conventional milling machines from TOS Olomouc. These machines are distinguished by their rigidity and ease of use. Although they are older models, they have recently undergone a complete overhaul, ensuring they meet all production demands. Among these machines are the FGV32 and FGU32 mills. These are high-performance milling machines capable of a wide range of milling operations. They are typically used for roughing operations and for preparing semi-finished products for CNC machining. A testament to their power is their ISO 50 spindle taper, which enables the transfer of substantial forces. Another machine is the F2V-R mill, a smaller machine with pneumatic clamping and continuously adjustable speeds, making it ideal for producing single-piece products.
